GST (Sales Tax)
Prices exclude GST. For Australian customers GST will be added at checkout.

PAYMENT
Once you submit your order you will be directed to the secure PayPal site where payment can be made using your credit card.
No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

CANCELLATION
POLICY If orders for customised products are cancelled prior to packing and shipping a fee of $30.00 will apply. All orders cancelled after packing and shipping, will be delivered and billed in full. Please understand that unfortunately due to the nature of our customised products such as Contact Cards, orders can not be cancelled once placed. So please ensure you choose your correct design and text before submitting your order.

REFUND POLICY
We make every effort to ensure that each product is handled and packed perfectly, so that no damages are incurred during printing and delivery. We will correct, at no cost, any mistakes caused by our own error.

DELIVERY
All goods will be sent to the specified 'Shipping Address' as outlined at the ‘Checkout', unless otherwise specified.
